What is electronic conveyancing?

Electronic conveyancing, or eConveyancing, allows the settlement process to occur electronically through an Electronic Lodgement Network Operator. This allows clients and conveyancers to interact and participate in a virtual workspace. 

However, the entirety of the electronic conveyancing process cannot occur within the electronic space, it is mainly reserved for the preparation and execution of settlement and registration. 

This can be a favourable option for clients wishing to engage in quick and convenient transactions.
